Riggs CAT is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Support Sales Manager to lead our Product Support Sales Rep team. This role combines high-level sales strategy, team leadership, and client engagement in the heavy equipment industry. You’ll drive revenue growth, mentor a team of Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs), and collaborate with Caterpillar and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and performance management.

· Drive consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams.

· Maintain strong client relationships and manage complex financing solutions.

· Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

· Ensure safety compliance and optimize inventory and profitability.

· Travel extensively (50–75%) to engage with clients and support field operations.


Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree encouraged

· 10-years industry (construction/heavy industrial) experience preferred

· Minimum 5-years sales experience required

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial solutions.

· Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing successful teams.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

· Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.

· Consultative selling expertise and a passion for customer success.
