As the go-to leader for your crew, you won’t just oversee repairs – you’ll coach, support and drive performance every day. From managing workflow and safety to delivering top-tier customer service, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our service works meet the highest CAT standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Daily responsibilities will include the following:
• Leadership and day to day supervision, including monitoring performance, delivering required training and conducting performance appraisals
• Striving to continuously achieve service labour targets with repair and maintenance work
• Continual liaison with key coordinators and supervisors within the business
• Managing and maintaining of scheduling systems
• Driving a safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Effectively manage/monitor all work in progress to achieve company benchmarks

You will be a true leader with a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring a team of professionals.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Previous supervisory/team leader experience
• A proven track record of motivating and managing a successful team
• Being a qualified Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic
• Ability to think on your feet
• Highly developed communication skills with a positive manner and attitude
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office
• A strong commitment to safety, health and environment procedures
