Service Supervisor
We’re seeking a driven, hands-on leader ready to take the reins as Service Supervisor. You’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team of technicians and apprentices in both the workshop and the field.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations—overseeing work orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting your crew to deliver their best. Your leadership will drive performance, safety, and a collaborative team culture.

About the role
• Maintain a safe work environment focused on continuous improvement and contamination control
• Manage work orders to consistently meet customer expectations
• Lead and mentor Apprentices and Technicians to high performance
• Oversee KPIs and performance metrics with the branch team
About you
You’re a trade-qualified Diesel Technician with strong mobile plant experience, skilled at managing teams and balancing customer needs with people development.
Your ideal skills and attributes include:
• Genuine commitment to safety
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams
• Scheduling and labour coordination experience
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Knowledge of Caterpillar or similar equipment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office)
