Our Regina Components team is looking for a qualified technician (heavy equipment, agriculture, truck and transport, automotive or apprentice) to clean, rebuild and inspect components. This will be a fulltime permanent position based in the shop on a 7x7 continuous shift.What’s In It For You?

Job Description:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Component rebuild
Condition reporting
Verifying components due to CAT reusability guidelines
Clean and inspection of components
Operation bench testing pieces
Operation of engine dynos
Interface with customers, product, and sales support
Working with supervisors on various tasks
Equipment and facility continuous improvements
Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
Journeyperson Certification (Heavy Equipment, Truck and Transport, Agriculture, Automotive)
Apprentices will be considered based on experience
Dedication to safety
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of the Caterpillar product line will be considered an asset
Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset
Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset
Previous gas engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset
Experience with SIS (Service Information System), ET and warranty systems considered assets
Note:
This position is located at our Regina branch on a 7x7 continuous shift
This position is for the components team
