Summary
This position supports, assists, and facilitates all administration responsibilities for subscription invoicing and machine digital registration for sales, fleet performance, and condition monitoring Construction Division teams. Responsible for ensuring accurate invoices, data processing, equipment transfers and documentation of all fleet performance transactions.
Essential Functions
- Invoices all monthly machine product link, VisionLink and Verizon connectivity subscriptions
- Create Cat Customer Identification (CCID) for new customers as required for digital onboarding
- Serve as the dealership PL Admin Utilizing Caterpillars Dealer Services Portal (DSP) to assign customer information and subscriptions level for all Carolina Cat machine sales
- Register machine and customer information into Cat Foresight CM & SOS 2.0 for new CVA contracts
- Align Preventative maintenance schedules in Cat VisionLink to match CVA contracts
- Generate machine Equipment Management QR codes for field sales, services, and onboarding teams
- Register New Cat SIS2Go customer subscription upon request
- Invoice all new and renewal Cat Electronic Technician (ET) & SIS service tool subscriptions
- Maintain weekly Product Link non reporting asset list for CVA & Cat Rental Store
- Ongoing customer equipment list and data maintenance (as needed)
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent. College degree preferred but not required
- Must have three to five years administration experience
- Must have attention to detail and organized.
- Must establish and maintain positive relationships with Caterpillar
- Must have strong sense of urgency
- Must work independently and be self-starter.
- Above average computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office and common CRM suites
- Must exhibit a Team Player approach to the Sales team
- Strong verbal skills
Computer Skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (MSWord, EXCEL, etc.)
- Sales/customer database experience
Language Skills
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, written and listening skills
Mathematical Skills
Excellent math skills are required
