Reporting into the Group Manager – Regional Operations, the Operations Support Admin Supervisor will be working full-time from our South Guildford location. This role ensures administrative systems and processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. The role leads a team who delivers a centralised service model that enhances collaboration between regional teams and head office.

 

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: South Guildford, WA

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and coach a team of 7 across payroll, mobilisation, purchasing, and property admin
  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative systems and cost efficiency
  • Oversee lease arrangements, renewals, and property-related expenses for ~150 properties
  • Maintain active contract registers and alert stakeholders to upcoming renewals
  • Support regional branches and contract sites remotely, ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Ensure accurate reporting for line managers to identify system and spend efficiencies
  • Collaborate with branch teams and support functions to streamline communication and processes

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years leading administrative or office support teams
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with property administration (leases, renewals, bills)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and mobilisation coordination
  • Exposure to procurement processes and purchase order workflows
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations, ideally in mining service industries
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
