What You Will Be Doing:

The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across the machine division. This role will focus heavily on graphic design, content creation, and campaign execution, while also contributing to data-driven marketing efforts, event coordination, and digital advertising reporting. The specialist will collaborate mainly with internal teams and few external vendors to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Creative Execution (Primary Focus):

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads across all machine division marketing.

  • Develop visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and events. 
  • Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs. 
  • Support video and photography projects including editing and formatting for various platforms. 
• Marketing Operations & Campaign Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing machine division marketing campaigns (print, digital, social).
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials. 
  • Support social media content scheduling and engagement.
  • Help manage on-hold messaging, wayfinding signage, and office identifiers.
• Event & Project Coordination:
  • Assist with brand event research, planning, and logistics.
  • Execute collateral and promotion products for special events. 
• Data & CRM Support: 
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure clean, segmented CRM data for marketing use.
  • Tag and organize customer date to support targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling analytics reports.
  • Execute marketing administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Maintain safe driving record.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have a strong marketing abilities, knowledge of tools applicable to the position, and the desire to learn.  You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.  The ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision is required for this position as well.

Education/Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or design role.
• Portfolio or sample of design work recommended.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Active Campaign) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paces environment.

Physical/Environmental Demands:

• Frequently lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for design and computer work.
• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels.
