We’re on the hunt for a skilled Boilermaker to join our workshop full-time on a Monday–Friday roster – someone ready to bring their craft to life on some of the world’s most iconic machinery.
In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our customers’ equipment at its best – fabricating, repairing, and maintaining CAT components to the highest standard. Every job you complete helps create a safer workplace, maximises uptime, and delivers exceptional value for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Attend and contribute to Morning CATS Meeting (pre-start) daily
• Set up and carry out heavy fabrication and welding work
• Report stock levels of consumables to assist in planning for future works.
• Maintain machinery and equipment & record within William Adams systems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork & reports relating to works completed.
• Ensure all tooling is in good condition and fit to the task being performed.
ABOUT YOU
You will have the following skills, experience & attributes:
• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication &/or Mechanical Trade.
• High attention to detail
• Highly developed communication skills
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service
• Good communicator with a great attitude
• High focus on safety
