Job SearchParts Sales Rep I
Parts Sales Rep promotes superior service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for finding the correct part for the customer and ensuring we meet or exceed the customer’s parts expectation.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concerns
- Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift and hand trucks
- Ensure customers are up-to-date on order status
- Disassemble and assemble all types of hydraulic hoses
- Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

- Customer service experience
