JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Support Manager provides leadership and supervision of location supervisors. They will oversee location parts and service operations within annual budget projections and maintain superior customer and employee relations that result in or support above-average CSP, PINS, FMRG, and DCAL. They are overall responsible for managing the operations of their specific locations, Service Centers, Field Service, Branch Parts Operations, and administrative tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Two or four-year degree in related field preferred.
- Six years of service and parts experience required.
- Two years of managerial responsibility are required.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Must be people-oriented and sales-driven. Customer, territory, budget, cost control, and employee management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and has a teamwork ethic along with knowledge of construction equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of the job, the supervisor is occasionally required to sit, push, pull, and balance. Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, squat, knee, balance, and use hand to finger, feel, or operate objects. Occasionally, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required. Driving motor vehicles and heavy equipment is occasionally required. Climbing stairs and ladders is occasionally required. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate equipment. Specific visual abilities required of this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
