Regional Rental Coordinator

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to rental customers, support inside sales activity, and help drive growth across our rental operations. What You'll Do
- Assist outside sales and customers with quotations, reservations, attachment/machine selections, contract creation, and insurance verification; transact all inbound calls and walk-in traffic.
- Complete call offs and contract returns. Verify machine hours.
- Perform quick damage inspections.
- Initiate service tickets as required.
- Established new accounts, generate and qualify leads, warm-call dormant accounts.
- Negotiate pricing within rate strategy. Log lost sales. Coordinate hands offs to outside sales.
- Coordinated with rental maintenance to keep repair states current and prioritize machines as rent-ready based on reservation timelines.
- Coordinate delivery timing and customer expectations with transportation.
- Maintain a clean, merchandised showroom and organization inventory.
- Be guided by Butler’s mission statement and core values in everything you do.

- 1 year of business or sales related experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Self-starter and capable working with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to use sales quoting application, Excel, Microsoft Office
- Supportive and strategic-minded
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
