Job Summary: The purpose of a Rental Operations Coordinator is to streamline the rental process to be more efficient and affective for all involved departments. This position will inspire customer engagement (both employee and customer) to increase performance, improve utilization, and reduce response time, all while growing revenue and market share.


Link between corp rental and the rental branches. Monitor, train and improve operations at the branches. Serve as a fill in to branch managers when they are missing a key component of their team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Primary responsibilities involve leading rental operations at our rental stores
  • Drive a culture of safe working environment
  • Working with rental store managers for immediate support
  • Managing the customer experience from customer receivable to return
  • Conduit for Corporate Rental to push out policies & processes
  • Knowledge and ability to be able to fill in at different branch positions as needed
  • Engaged in Rental SOP, Fleet Management, Direct Expense Management & Customer Retention
  • Ability to operate and recommend performance improvements for rental processes and procedures
  • Ensure proper product placement on yard and demo space




Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • High School diploma (minimum) or Comparable industry / product experience.
  • 1-5 years experience with Integrated Rental functionality preferred.
  • iRent experience – preferable
  • Effective Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Overnight Travel – Medium 5-10 days per month.
  • Permanent position – full-time
  • Salary Range • Depending on experience
