Procurement Supervisor - Governance and Reporting

Reporting into National Procurement Manager, the Procurement Services Supervisor will join on a full-time permanent basis at our South Guildford location.

 

This newly created role leads a small team which provides support services to the Procurement Team, WesTrac team members engaging in source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes, and WesTrac suppliers for non-Cat goods and services.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage inbound support requests.
  • Oversee team reporting.
  • Coordinate audit and compliance activities.
  • Maintain the Procurement Team Governance Framework including associated policies and procedures.
  • Oversee vendor pre-qualification and onboarding.
  • Lead contractor administration including licences and tickets.
  • Identify and collate Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities for the team.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading and managing a team in supply chain/procurement.
  • Good knowledge of procurement reporting.
  • Experience overseeing key controls for procurement governance and compliance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organising skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Finance, or related fields (Desirable).
  • Experience with Ariba S2C and SAP P2P (Desirable).
