Product Support Sales Rep - Petroleum
- Learn and put into practice industry leading safety practices while on job sites and at customers locations.
- Seek new opportunities for overhaul business through deeper relationships with current customers while consistently identifying new prospects.
- Establish yourself as a true business partner by helping customers to schedule downtime, monitor operational metrics of fleets, and scheduling equipment for repair/overhaul.
- Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge, as well as competitive product lines
- Effectively utilize CRM to create and log call plans while aligning with the Company's philosophy on face to face interactions.
- Establish professional and consultative relationships with new and existing customers by working to maximize the uptime of their equipment.
- Serve as complete account owner as it relates to component overhaul, parts and service sales.
- Completely understand the customer's needs and expectations while accurately prepare quotes for repair and overhaul that meet their needs.
- Travel is required to visit the territory that is assigned and properly call upon current and perspective accounts.
- Previous sales experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a related field
- Technical aptitude as it relates engines, transmissions and other mechanical components.
- Positive customer service and communication skills
- Experience in oil and gas service, procurement or operations.
- Technical or College Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
