Rental Coordination Supervisor
- Prioritize safety and maintain a safe work environment for the team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Rental Coordinators, providing timely feedback and overseeing new hire onboarding.
- Actively participate in rental coordinator duties as needed.
- Enhance the customer experience by recommending suitable equipment, managing rental agreements, explaining invoices, and overseeing the crediting and rebill process.
- Drive sales at the rental counter, identify opportunities, resolve customer issues, and support sales promotions.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly checks of the location and rental coordinators.
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments for seamless rental counter operations.
- Support and contribute to achieving rental goals.
- Manage showroom and equipment presentation, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Assist in demand management for the rental fleet.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Office 365).
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage employees.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Sales experience
- Previous experience in the construction field
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
