Management Trainee
- Understand Company safety policies, procedures, and regulations as well as the impact as it relates to each department
- Job rotations in departments like Construction Equipment Service, Rental Sales, Parts Warehouse, Marketing, and more
- One-on-one mentorship from company leaders who guide you each step of the way and help you learn how to:

- Attract, hire, manage, and evaluate employees
- Achieve and report on performance and safety goals
- Navigate team financials, including budgets, financial reviews, and operational performance
- Assist with continuous improvement projects as needed
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Excellent customer service
- Interest in construction, automotive, agricultural equipment, or business management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Associate's degree
- Industry experience
