Administrative - Corporate Parts Backorder
Position Summary
- Process backorders through workflow
- Manage expediting parts orders based on company needs
- Coordinate and submit all necessary paperwork relative to proof of delivery, shipping discrepancies, and claims with Caterpillar
- Process parts invoices as well as miscellaneous branch invoices
- Other duties as assigned

- Associate’s degree
- 4 years or more of experience in a related field, Caterpillar Parts Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7 years or more of experience in a related field, preferably with Caterpillar Parts Operations.
Compensation: Hourly $23.50.
