Administrative - Corporate Parts Backorder

Position Summary

This position will provide daily support for parts orders that are on backorder for the enterprise.  The position is responsible for communicating with vendors, internal customers including responding to electronic communication. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process backorders through workflow
  • Manage expediting parts orders based on company needs
  • Coordinate and submit all necessary paperwork relative to proof of delivery, shipping discrepancies, and claims with Caterpillar
  • Process parts invoices as well as miscellaneous branch invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
Occasional/Other Responsibilities:
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Required:
  • Associate’s degree
  • 4 years or more of experience in a related field, Caterpillar Parts Operations
 
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7 years or more of experience in a related field, preferably with Caterpillar Parts Operations.

Compensation: Hourly $23.50.
