The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to assist the shop and field service supervisors in the daily operations of Mustang Cat Bryan's service operations.

Service Coordinator Responsibilities include:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
• Time entry for technicians
• Service billing
• Technical support
• Warranty
• Shipping and receiving
• Equipment inventory control
• Assist with field service scheduling
• Coordinate repairs with Sales Rep and customers
Service Coordinator Position requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strongly Preferred Experience:
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• College degree in business, technical or related field
