Internal Sales Representative - Fixed Term

Reporting into the CI Sales Retail Business Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will join our Retail Sales Team on a fixed term basis at our Perth Precinct. This role involves being accountable for increasing telephone sales of Caterpillar parts and service solutions to customers within the General Construction industry.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to a select group of WA Retail Construction Industry customers ensuring the customer is maximising the productivity of their Caterpillar equipment through utilising all the WesTrac and CAT services
• Liaise with customers to increase sales of genuine Caterpillar worktools, parts and service solutions.
• Identify and qualify parts and service and/or equipment leads and document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Develop and mature the customer base to increase total parts and service sales
• Maintain an accurate and up to date account database

Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a sales position, including demonstrated telephone sales experience and understanding of best practice sales methodology.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels.
• Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high-paced environment.
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
