This role plays a vital part in helping our service team keep customers’ equipment running smoothly by managing parts needs efficiently and accurately. • Top Benefits for Parts Coordinators: • Great Work-Life Balance • Opportunities for Overtime • Tuition Reimbursement • Vast Growth Opportunities • Job Stability • Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) with Employer Matching • Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays • What You’ll Do as a Parts Coordinator: • Assist Service Supervisors and Technicians with accurate and timely parts support • Professionally communicate parts status and updates to team members • Safely operate a forklift to move and stage equipment parts • Order and check in parts, track backorders, and deliver parts to the correct locations • Ensure timely processing of warranty return parts and core returns • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first warehouse • Perform additional parts-related warehouse tasks as needed •️ Parts Coordinator Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment • Forklift experience and knowledge of safe operation standards • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled area • Strong customer service and communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment • Basic computer proficiency ✅ Preferred Experience: • Bilingual in English/Spanish • Familiarity with Caterpillar parts systems or heavy equipment industry Be the connection that keeps equipment moving and jobsites productive.
