Parts Manager

About the Position:

We are looking for a Parts Manager in our Fairbanks, Alaska location. We are passionate about helping customers succeed and we need a dynamic leader to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our parts group for revenue growth, P&L, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities.
• Manage budgets, identify business and employee needs, ongoing product problems, department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.
• Ensure the parts operation is aligned with Caterpillar & Harnish Group Inc. which requires the ongoing evaluation of statistical reports to determine the performance and the necessary recommendations to keep the performance at expectations.
• Supervise in-house sales and warehouse personnel.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• 3-5 years related experience.
• A bachelor's degree preferred. 
• Must possess a vast knowledge of the industry.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. 
• Possess leadership skills for managing staff demonstrate action-oriented results in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
• Some travel will be required.
