Inside Sales Rep - Construction Technology
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Recommend appropriate tech solutions based on customer applications.
- Prepare quotes and provide purchase options.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, including customer data, call activity, and quotes.
- Follow up on leads from various sources and qualify prospects for outside reps.
- Participate in call campaigns and attend sales trainings.
- Collaborate with sales, rental, service, and parts teams.
- Use sales reports (UCC) to understand customer buying patterns.
- Explain warranties and available services.
- Travel occasionally for training or location support.
- Strong understanding of our products, services, and customer applications.
- Proficiency with CRM and related sales tools.
- Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable analyzing sales reports and following a defined sales process.
- Experience or knowledge in construction equipment and technology.
- Prior sales experience.
