Overview

Milton CAT is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager based in Milford, MA. Emphasis will be placed on the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives, particularly focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role ensures alignment between business goals and technology solutions, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation across Milton CAT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and coordination of all activities pertaining to the project, including project health, status reporting, and problem resolution with stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) to achieve a successful go live and stabilization phase.
  • Facilitate communications with operational department stakeholders and IT Department by participating in project team meetings.
  • Accurately translate business requirements into functional documentation.
  • Contribute to streamlining existing in-house processes (i.e., data migrations, builds, deployments, new environment setup, etc.)
  • Liaison for applications supported internally and with external vendors.
  • Continue to grow knowledge of business domain to add value to subsequent projects and manage more effectively.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT Project Management experience in business systems, with ERP experience highly preferred (3+ years).
  • Proven success in leading ERP implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Ability to manage change and drive adoption across diverse teams.
  • Strong business and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced MS Office acumen with tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work with users at all levels within the organization.
  • Must be available for approximately 15 – 25% travel facilities within Upstate New York and New England.
  • Occasional night and weekend work as required.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted.
