People and Culture Partner

Reporting into the People Culture and Inclusion Manager, the People and Culture Partner will join our P&C Department on a permanent basis at our South Guildford Head Office.

 

This role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people plans that align with business goals and support a positive workplace culture.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive performance outcomes
  • Develop and implement annual people plans informed by workforce data and business insights
  • Lead and support cyclical people initiatives such as performance reviews, talent calibration, and remuneration reviews
  • Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and change management activities
  • Coach and influence leaders on people-related matters, including leadership development and team effectiveness
  • Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic advice to proactively address risks and opportunities

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Significant HR experience, including experience in senior operational role
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders
  • Experience navigating and adapting within evolving operating models
  • Sound knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
