Sales Support Rep I
- Own the full lifecycle of equipment sales orders, serving as the central coordinator from order through delivery
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Logistics, and vendors to bring complex deals together smoothly
- Play a critical role in matching customer orders with inventory, purchasing, and internal transfers
- Be the go-to resource for deal status, providing clear, timely updates that keep sales teams moving
- Support the financial side of the business through invoicing, estimates, purchase orders, and coordination with Finance
- Help ensure machines are delivered exactly to customer specifications by coordinating service, attachments, and prep
- Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, product configurations, and how large sales are fulfilled end-to-end
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, demos, and loaner equipment that directly support customer relationships
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across departments and with outside partners
- Develop broad business knowledge through cross-training across multiple sales support areas
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and tools
- Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts, with the ability to apply them in real-world situations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting sales, customers, or financial processes
