Equipment Sales Manager
- Develop and implement the General Line marketing plan and sales forecasts
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Direct the development and implementation of construction sales policies
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- 5+ experience in sales or sales management
- Ability to positively motivate and manage others
- Strong knowledge of construction industry
- Experience in inventory control, forecasting, ordering and terms management
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to drive and valid driver’s license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Previous experience in heavy equipment sales
