Product Support Sales Rep - EPG
- Establish a professional, positive working relationship with customers.
- Maintain open communication, and working relationship, with Sales, Service and Parts personnel.
- Actively seek new customers and markets for Product Support opportunity with the applicable market segment(s).
- Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present to the customer.
- Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge, as well as competitive product lines.
- Time management and customer call planning to include: objective of customer call, results, and required follow up.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred, two to four years of prior experience in a related field, and/or a combination of both.
- Experience in sales is needed – experience in parts, service or other related field is preferred.
- Strong technical and parts-related knowledge.
- Ability to drive and valid license required
