IT Support Specialist I
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Zoom, and internal software.
- Respond to IT support calls, assist walk-in users, and manage support tickets to meet SLAs.
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory and Exchange.
- Provision and configure new computers, mobile devices, and approved peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and networking issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for licensing and equipment needs.
- Escalate recurring issues and follow company cybersecurity procedures.
- Assist with AV setup, device migrations, and hardware retirement.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in technology, applications, and hardware utilized by Foley.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation assisting employees with urgent needs after hours.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Ability to repair computer hardware and diagnose hardware issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Experience with Office 365, Zoom Meetings and Phone, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be well organized and pay close attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service experience required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Some experience as an IT support specialist performing hardware and software troubleshooting preferred
