Learning Management Systems Specialist
What You’ll Do
• Own the Mustang Learning Center (MLC): Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our LMS to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user-friendly experiences.
• Support Our People: Provide first-line support for employees and managers using the MLC, improving communication, navigation, and engagement.
• Enable Performance: Configure and manage performance review, development plan, and check-in workflows to align with company goals.
• Deliver Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to ensure compliance, track training, and provide business leaders with actionable data.
• Coordinate Training: Support instructor-led training sessions by managing scheduling, logistics, rosters, and onsite support.
• Partner & Collaborate: Act as a liaison with Caterpillar’s Global Dealer Learning, OpenSesame, and other learning partners to expand Mustang’s learning ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
• Required Qualifications
◦ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, L&D, or related field.
◦ Minimum 2 years’ experience administering an LMS or performance management system.
◦ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance systems.
◦ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and database management.
◦ Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
◦ Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Saba Cloud, Docebo, or WalkMe.
◦ Previous experience in HR, training, or customer service.
◦ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
