Equipment Solutions Manager
- Develop value-added processes across service, sales, and parts to advance equipment management.
- Simplify offerings and solutions to ensure consistent outcomes and expectations.
- Communicate Equipment Management processes throughout the organization.
- Oversee service infrastructure to support Equipment Management Solutions.
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and tooling to maximize asset utilization and efficiency.
- Lead and develop the workforce to ensure quality work, accurate invoicing, and employee growth.
- Work with customers to identify needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- Integrate Equipment Management Solutions into the marketing of new, used, and rental equipment.
- Implement a Condition Monitoring program to analyze repair history and forecast future maintenance.
- Monitor contract financial viability and adjust as needed for profitability and customer fairness.
- Support sales reps in developing customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Previous experience and understanding of equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility and management.
- Previous management of people – with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
