Equipment Solutions Manager
- Develop effective “value added” processes for service, sales and parts which will advance equipment management.
- Ensure that Equipment Management processes are effectively communicated throughout the organization.
- Direct the development of the necessary service infrastructure to support Equipment Management Solutions.
- Manage the day to day transactions, staffing and tooling to promote maximum asset utilization.
- Develop and manage workforce to ensure quality work progression, invoicing and employee growth and satisfaction.
- Communicate and follow up with customers to identify their needs and lead the development of value added solutions to support those needs.
- Integrate Equipment Management Solutions into the marketing of all new, used and rental machines. new, used and rental.
- Direct the implementation of a Condition Monitoring program designed to analyze customer and Foley Equipment repair history in order to determine current costs and estimated future repairs based on historical data.
- Monitor financial viability of each contract and make adjustments as able/needed for profitability and customer fairness.
- Assist PSSRs and MSRs develop customer centric solutions and market equipment management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationship with all 3rd party vendors.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Three to five years prior experience on construction, ag and engine repairs/maintenance.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn to effectively use company software – with training.
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility and management.
- Previous management of people – with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
