Position Summary

A Yardperson is the first person to greet a customer and understand what their issues are with their equipment as they roll it into the shop. The Yardperson also has the ultimate responsibility of moving all equipment within the shop and yard, including loading, and unloading onto trailers.

Responsibilities:

 Your day-to-day responsibility would include, but not limited to:

• Operation of all equipment within the yard.
• Loading and unloading of both customer and internal fleet equipment on and off trailers, including low boys.
• Intake basic information from customers as they roll their equipment into the yard for service or repair, perform receiving inspections.
• Perform oil and filter change, lubrication, filling of all water components on all internal equipment.
• Completion of all receiving and shipping reports of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience of operating various machines.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer support experience.
