Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Essential Job Functions:



  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.

  • Prospect new accounts to grow Stowers’ rental market share.

  • Prepare accurate, competitive rental quotes using Salesforce/CRM.

  • Coordinate equipment delivery and logistics with operations via DBS.

  • Monitor fleet availability and utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability (DBS/iStowers).

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and product support to ensure a seamless rental experience.

  • Partner with the used equipment and service teams to monitor fleet maintenance and repairs in order to maximize profitability.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Caterpillar equipment to provide expert recommendations.

  • Track rental performance metrics and support demand and revenue forecasting.

  • Ensure accurate processing of rental transactions, documentation, and billing (DBS/Unit 4).


Preferred Experience and Skills:



  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Salesforce and DBS experience is preferred.

  • Previous experience with heavy equipment operation, valuation, rental or sales is not required but is preferred.


Physical and Mental Requirements:



  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering positive relationships.

  • Must be able to pass background check, physical exam and drug screening test.
