CVA Coordinator
- Manage and maintain customer support and preventative maintenance agreements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and manage work orders to ensure all services are completed on time and as promised
- Perform high-volume data entry, with a strong focus on numeric accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries—answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently
- Travel occasionally for training and to support other locations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Experience working in the automotive, construction or agricultural industries
