Warehouse Manager- Night Shift
The Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for the supervision of all daily warehouse functions and shipping personnel. The Manager shall operate a clean, efficient and safe warehouse. This individual will be a working manager.
- Plan daily/weekly/quarterly work schedule
- Maintain positive work environment
- Maintain effective communication with TTCo management
- Insure all orders are pulled, packaged, and shipped promptly
- Insure completion of all daily and weekly reports
- Maintain all outstanding stock order and stock transfer reports
- Manage and maintain all parts stock action on service letters
- Maintain all contamination control (5 Star) guidelinesInsure all inbound/outbound freight charges are added to customer documents/work orders
- Monitor action pending reports (counter credits/shop credits)On a daily basis this individual may be required to communicate with any of the following: customers, employees, managers or vendor
- Maintain “Will Call” file
- Management of all Shipping Department Personnel
- Maintain appropriate staff levels
- Timely completion of training schedule
- 90 day 2 review – 3 review (training schedule should be attached to appropriate review)
- Timely completion of shipping department orientation check list
- Timely completion of all performance reviews (In Birmingham 10 days prior to due date)
- High school diploma or the equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience involving shipping related tasks required.
- Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required.

Working Conditions
- Work is normally performed in a Parts Warehouse or Service Department shop environment.
- Exposure to physical risk, all weather conditions, and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time are associated with this position.

- Ability to safely climb on equipment
