Fleet Readiness Coordinator

The Fleet Readiness Coordinator is responsible for effectively analyzing and communicating the readiness status of rental equipment within our fleet. This position plays a crucial role in assessing the operational condition, maintenance needs, and availability of the equipment, ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed to relevant stakeholders. Work is performed under general supervision and is occasionally complex, requiring intermediate knowledge of power generating equipment; intermediate analytical and communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze readiness status of rental equipment with our fleet based on equipment’s maintenance history; assess and coordinate required repairs/services to ensure operational safety of rental equipment.
- Responsible for communication with Service and Operations teams regarding equipment readiness needs for all locations.
- Establish and maintain exceptional business relationships with Warren CAT’s teams.
- Work closely with Service and Operations teams to access rental fleet needs, per location.
- Provide feedback and status reports to Warren Cat’s management team.
- Work closely with Sales teams for additional support in relation to rental fleet needs.
- Display continuous respect, positive attitude and teamwork to achieve department and company goals.
- Coordinate the entry and exit of rental equipment in rental fleet.
- Coordinate the movement of rental equipment between locations.
- Maintain accurate reporting of rental fleet, for all locations, using all supplied resources.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years of related experience and/or training pertaining to business accounting, and/or leadership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written instructions and procedures, business correspondence and routine reports.
- This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Ability to apply common sense understanding and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be able to follow routine protocols as well as identify when the routines do not apply in a specific situation.
- Ability to develop priorities and adjust work plans to meet deadlines.
- Must be capable and willing to learn Cat DBS System, Lotus Notes System, Microsoft Office.
