Business Analyst - ERP Product Support
- Analyze current service department processes and identify areas for improvement through development of process maps and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements and objectives for new ERP and CRM systems
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans for ERP and CRM system development
- Act as a liaison between the service department, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for process improvements and system enhancements
- Develop and facilitate training and support end-users on new systems and processes
- Develop test plans and test scenarios and conduct UAT activities with users.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and best practices
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to track project progress and outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management
Proven experience with ERP and CRM system implementation and management
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across various departments and teams
