Product Support Sales Representative

SUMMARY
The Product Support Sales Rep position is responsible for executing a sales plan for the assigned customer base that includes building a stronger relationship with our customers through providing parts and service solutions to support the operation and maintenance of their equipment. This position will also work with the parts and service departments to provide the best support for our customers. This position also will primarily be working in an assigned territory and regularly traveling to visit customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning and strategy sessions with Sales Manager to grow business
- Qualifying leads and building relationships with customers.
- Creates and assembles quotes for machine parts and service sales
- Partner with the Marketing team on execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Generates leads for machine sales and other divisions by selling Holt and its capabilities
- Proactive account management on assigned accounts
- Updates and maintains CRM system with customer information, leads, activities and sales.
- Engages in continued training to keep current on a range of products.
- Travels throughout assigned territory to make sales calls for Earthmoving parts and service
- Works as liaison between service departments and customers on service repairs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a High School diploma and at least three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a valid California Class C or higher driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record report.

COMPENSATION
Wage Range $24,000 Base + Commission
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
