This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can influence without authority to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of portfolio-specific marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Champion customer-centric marketing by embedding insights from customer feedback, market research, and sales data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Events teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the annual marketing calendar across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Pilot and refine marketing tactics by customer segment and region, adjusting based on performance analytics.
- Partner with Sales leadership to design and execute lead generation programs that drive pipeline growth.
- Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Guide internal and external creative teams to deliver high-impact, error-free marketing assets.
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice, values, and resonates with target audiences
- Influence senior stakeholders to gain buy-in on marketing strategies and priorities.
- Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental initiatives and leadership forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or customer experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Customer-facing experience is a strong asset.
