We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused professional to step into the key role of Key Account Manager – someone ready to strengthen relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and create real value for our most important customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Product Support, you’ll be based from our Clayton or Laverton branch, working closely with internal teams to deliver strategic account management and support that drives long-term success.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Building a deep understanding of customer operations, strategies, and goals
• Managing key accounts and supporting Product Support Sales Representatives
• Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Developing strategic marketing and growth plans for key accounts
• Managing loyalty agreements, reviews, and renewals
ABOUT YOU

You’re a relationship builder, problem solver, and trusted advisor who takes pride in helping customers succeed. You bring a strong background in sales, product support, or the earthmoving industry, and you know how to turn insights into action.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Experience working within large-scale infrastructure or construction environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing long-term customer relationships
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to safety and quality
• A drive to deliver results and continuous improvement
• Exposure to OEM, transport, waste or construction sectors an advantage
