Product Support Sales Manager
- Manage Product Support Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives
- Help resolve customer issues
- Maintain open communication between sales, parts and service divisions
- Keep management informed of current economic and customer trends and workloads
- Research, create and implement annual marketing plans
- Coordinate career path training for product support representatives
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Three or more years’ experience managing people with the ability to positively motivate and manage others
- Previous sales experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a related field
- Effective presentation skills
- Positive customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in parts and service
- Bachelors Degree
