Manager of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
- Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise ERP and major systems implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Serve as a strategic leader of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), directing, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure consistent execution of project methodologies and delivery excellence.
- Lead enterprise project portfolio planning and prioritization, aligning project roadmaps with executive leadership to support the company’s mission, values, and long-term objectives.
- Oversee vendor and systems integration partner performance, including selection, negotiation, contract management, and escalation resolution to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and tools that support both technology-driven and operational initiatives.
- Monitor and manage project scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, risks, communication, and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise portfolio to drive successful delivery.
- Establish, track, and report key performance metrics, providing executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Support and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in alignment with company safety standards, policies, and procedures, while maintaining the highest level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale ERP or enterprise systems implementations
- 3+ years of experience managing systems integration partners or overseeing third-party implementation teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of project managers.
- 3+ years of building or transforming an EPMO, including experience designing, implementing, and communicating processes and procedures.
- Experience overseeing projects and business process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management certification preferred, ERP implementation certifications
