More than just servicing equipment, you’ll be building strong relationships, solving problems on the ground, and helping keep our customers’ operations running without interruption.
Key responsibilities include:
• Carrying out high quality preventative maintenance servicing, routine inspections and minor repairs on customer equipment in the field
• Completing required paperwork accurately and effectively (e.g. service reports and Cat inspect forms, time sheets, repair sheets, expense vouchers)
• Providing quality customer service
• Minimising machine downtime and maximising productivity

• Highly developed communication skills
• A self-motivated and team orientated approach
• Proven ability to work unsupervised under all conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and be flexible
• An agile way of thinking to get the best outcome for all involved
• A Mid-Rigid license. (If you don’t have one, we can help you and reimburse costs – conditions may apply)
