Facilities Project Manager
- Lead high-impact facilities capital projects from planning through execution
- Own scope, schedule, and budget while prioritizing safety and quality
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners
- Act as a subject matter expert—challenge ideas and drive smarter solutions
- Manage capital funding requests, approvals, and project spending
- Track and report key project metrics (timelines, budgets, performance)
- Lead vendor and contractor selection while building strong partnerships
- Ensure quality and incorporate internal customer feedback
- Partner with leadership to shape standards, processes, and long-term strategy
- Build strong relationships across the organization
- Respond to urgent facilities needs and support critical operations.
- Travel regularly to support projects and operations across all company locations.
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or project planning, with a solid foundation in project management principles.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems, along with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and interpret contracts, drawings, and technical documentation.
- 5-7 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Design or related discipline preferred.
- PMP certification
