JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for providing support for a variety of compensation processes such as the development and/or implementation of job descriptions, conducting market analysis, participation in annual surveys, and provide support and maintenance of the assigned Human Resource management systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Work with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and leadership on a variety of projects including job description creation and job market analysis.
• Conduct market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s pay programs.
• Participate in annual job surveys which provide a source for leveling jobs within the organization.
• Participate in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase recommendations.
• Assist HRBP’s and leaders with compensation related issues.
• Contribute organizational data to third party compensation surveys and analyze results.
• Work with Recruiting and IT staff to ensure other systems are updated with new job information.
• Conduct ad hoc salary surveys as needed.
• Create and provide ad hoc compensation reports as requested.
• Provide support to Payroll, Benefits, and other HR related teams.
• Maintain corporate job descriptions, ensuring consistency of language and adhering to corporate standards.
• Maintain compensation knowledge and best practices through engagement with compensation communities and organizations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR, Benefits, and Payroll records, conversations, and communications.
• Assist with research and data required for audits.
• Creates an environment of ownership and personal accountability where each person is responsible and accountable for their performance.
• Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and test system upgrades and fixes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Must have analytical thinking and mathematical skills and be able to perform required math calculations.
• Must be able to maintain a high concentration level and a constant work pace in a work environment subject to frequent interruptions.
• Handle moderately complex issues and problems.
• Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• Must be willing to pursue a self-development course of study by attending seminars, workshops, etc. and learn legislation and developments affecting the Human Resources area.
• Ability to identify tasks which require automation.
• Independent problem solving and self-direction skills.
• Knowledge of compensation systems.
• Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures including dress and safety standards.
• Must have acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• College degree in business/related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources/Compensation experience.
• Experience with Human Resources systems.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
