Data Analyst Intern- Summer 2026- Onsite in Charlotte, NC
- Perform deep-dive analysis of ecommerce transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors
- Cross-reference ecommerce transaction data with other customer datasets (CRM data, CAT data, and shared internal files)
- Analyze Google Analytics data to understand customer journeys and ecommerce engagement
- Identify customers who are not currently transacting through ecommerce channels
- Assist in developing customer segments and profiles based on characteristics of active ecommerce customers
- Support the Ecommerce Manager in identifying customers with high potential to activate on ecommerce
- Review and audit data records for accuracy and completeness
- Clean and standardize data within the CRM system
- Use online research tools and public sources to locate and verify customer contact information
- Update CRM records with corrected and validated customer data
- Ensure data consistency across CSV files, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Work with Excel and CSV files to organize, match, and analyze large datasets
- Create basic summaries, insights, and findings
- Assist with ad hoc data requests and analysis projects as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Comfortable working with CSV files and structured data
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Exposure to ecommerce data or digital analytics
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation or data matching techniques
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce and data analysis
- Exposure to real business challenges and data-driven decision-making
