We’re looking for a commercially minded and detail driven Fleet Analyst who can turn insight into action and help optimise fleet performance across the business.
Reporting to the Rental & Used Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in analysing utilisation, maintenance costs and asset performance - helping guide lifecycle decisions that maximise efficiency, profitability and long term value.
You’ll work across operations, sales and finance, backing each other and staying aligned to deliver outcomes that matter.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What a typical week will look like
• Analyse fleet utilisation, availability and downtime trends
• Deliver performance dashboards and actionable insights
• Review maintenance costs and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor used equipment inventory, ageing and market value
• Recommend lifecycle actions (redeploy, refurbish or dispose)
• Support CAPEX planning with ROI-driven business cases
ABOUT YOU
You enjoy working with data but know how to translate it into clear, practical insights that drive performance.
To be successful in this role, you will bring
• Experience in fleet, asset or operational analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
• Strong commercial thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate insights across teams
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Exposure to heavy equipment or rental operations (desirable)
