Parts Counter Advisor (PCA)
This role will assist customers and sales representatives with parts inquiries, orders, and purchases, ensuring timely and accurate service to support equipment maintenance and repair operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- One year of previous experience in a parts counter or similar role, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
