JOB SUMMARY:
The Warranty Analyst will be responsible for maintaining all the warranty accounts. Duties will include processing, researching, maintaining warranty claims for multiple OEMs including but not limited to Caterpillar, Peterbilt, PACCAR and Cummins. Provide prompt, accurate technical support to sales representatives and service groups regarding warranty service support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Three to five years related industry experience required.
  • Must be able to operate a computer along with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of corporate and manufacturer’s warranty practice, procedures, and accounting practices.
COMPETENCIES:
  • Outstanding planning, tracking, and follow-up skills necessary.  
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and logical mind.
  • Good judgment, people skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
